You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to Ship Pipe, including ideas, notes, postmortems, and files.

4.2 License

By uploading content to Ship Pipe, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is discriminatory, hateful, or harassing
  • Violates the privacy of others

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ship Pipe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not make any warranties regarding the results of using the Service for idea validation or business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDEAFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Business interruption
  • Damages arising from your ideas or business decisions
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
